The aim of DIGITAL Kft.'s training plan is to acquire new communication skills to meet the needs of existing and new partners; to update and extend employees' IT knowledge through targeted training in response to organisational and technological change; and to make the company's internal processes more efficient through knowledge management and service management training.
Thirteen Digital Kft. employees are taking part in the training, scheduled between September 2018 and February 2019. The registered training courses, as defined in Section 2(5) of the Adult Education Act (FKTV), serve to update and extend each participant's professional and communication skills and knowledge. Together, the employees' current qualifications and competences and the planned training will enable the company to keep pace with organisational and market changes in the coming period. Digital Kft. works in key areas of hardware and software consultancy, which makes it well placed, as an IT consultancy, to support companies preparing for the transition to Industry 4.0 (related topics: big data management, M2M, cloud-based solutions, IT data protection). The company's staff also regularly attend training courses in Hungary and abroad organised by international hardware manufacturers.
After the training, Digital Kft. will conduct a satisfaction survey among its employees, and six months after the courses have ended it will follow up and evaluate, together with the participants, how the knowledge gained has been applied in practice in internal and external relationships and in professional tasks.
