Project content:
In this grant-funded training project, Digital Kft. staff attended courses in IT, English language and company management, the latter under the title "Human resource development for lasting business success". The training helped the company's employees work more smoothly, find their way more easily in foreign-language technical materials and further extend their knowledge of their specialist fields, and helped management run the company more efficiently. Thanks to the training programme, the company now also has a CISA-certified professional on its staff. The courses were selected and delivered on the basis of individual training plans drawn up by an external consultant, in line with personal needs.
Digital Kft.'s core business is the turnkey supply of hardware and software systems that meet user requirements. Its aim is to create a precisely designed workplace environment for its clients that is clean, transparent and properly optimised. The company offers solutions to problems caused by the external or internal environment, ranging from software integration to the commissioning and auditing of complete, complex systems. By researching new market opportunities and continuously developing its services, the company aims to maintain its market position and improve its competitiveness. In line with this, it places great emphasis on staff training, as well-prepared employees with up-to-date knowledge have a positive impact on the company's operations. The workplace training programme implemented under the call for proposals with reference number TÁMOP-2.1.3.A-12/1 contributed to this.
