Microsoft's recommended introductory offers change from 4 May

• For new Microsoft 365 customers with more than 300 users: Office 365 E1 in CSP, with the first 6 months free on an annual commitment.
• For new Microsoft 365 customers with fewer than 300 users: Microsoft 365 Business Basic in CSP, with the first 6 months free on an annual commitment.
• For existing Office 365 Exchange customers: a Microsoft Teams trial can be added for 6 months.

The CSP Office 365 E1 and Microsoft 365 Business Basic promotions are intended for new customers only and can be transacted as standard subscription licences. Before purchase, the commerce systems will check whether customers meet the "new customers only" criterion. After the initial 6-month free period, Microsoft will begin issuing regular monthly invoices for months 7–12, in line with the annual commitment.
